World of Final Fantasy fügt seiner bereits gigantischen Hauptbesetzung weiterhin neue Charaktere hinzu. Diesmal war es das Magazin Famitsu der das in seiner letzten Ausgabe bestätigt hat Tifaanerkannte weibliche Figur aus Final Fantasy VII und RydiaZu Final Fantasy IV gehörend, wird er sich Lann und Reynn (Protagonisten des Spiels) anschließen, um Grymoire zu retten.
Zusätzlich zu den neuen Charakteren hat das Magazin Details zur Kampfmechanik sowie einen neuen Schauplatz genannt, der offenbar auf Final Fantasy VII basiert.
World of Final Fantasy wird am 25. Oktober in Amerika und am 28. Oktober in Europa exklusiv für Playstation 4 und PS Vita erhältlich sein.
